Regent Room


Our recently refurbished Edwardian Style conference room. This luxurious suite is of a 5 star standard, with a capacity to seat 6 delegates in a boardroom style set up.


*The Regent room is not suitable for any delegates with walking disabilities as it is located on the 1st floor and there is no lift access.

Birnbeck Suite


The largest of our three conference rooms, complete with extensive bay windows offering plenty of natural daylight and boasts fantastic views of our lawns and Weston bay. With its newly designed bar and brand new toilets with disabled facilities making this the ideal venue for your event. Access is through our Aperitif Lounge which can be used for registration or as a breakout room.


Small groups of up to 20 delegates qualify for a heavily discounted rate.

Conference Lay-up Styles

Theatre Style


Birnbeck: 180 persons

Usually required for larger functions, lectures & meetings. This consists of rows of chairs with an isle through the centre for easy accessibility. Refreshment stations and additional tables may be added.

Boardroom


Regent: 6 persons
Birnbeck: 100 persons

This style consists of one table with chairs around.

U Shape


Birnbeck: 80 persons

This style consists of tables placed together to form the shape of a “U”. Chairs are then placed around the outside of the table.

Classroom


Birnbeck: 60 persons

This Style is lots of single tables with one or two chairs placed behind each table. This is suitable for exams and training sessions.

Herringbone Style


Birnbeck: 60 persons

The Tables are turned at an angle towards the head table. This set up is used for presentations allowing everyone in the audience to face the speaker. Tables are used so delegates can make notes.

Banqueting Style


Birnbeck: 150 persons

This layout consists of numerous round tables with chairs placed all around each table. This style is mainly used fir dining events and parties.

Cabaret Style


Birnbeck: 130 persons

This layout consists of numerous round tables with chairs placed 3/4 around each table. This is so no one has their backs facing the stage area.

Exhibitions


Birnbeck: 420 persons

This layout varies depending on the clients requirements.
