Dear Mr Cooke,
I am writing on behalf of the Old Westonians, to thank the management and staff of the Royal Hotel for services provided on the occasion of our annual Reunion on 6th October.

Once again, we had another big crown this year.  But in spite of this, the service was extremely efficient and of a very high standard.  Everything went off very well indeed, and everyone was very pleased with the day.  It was thoroughly enjoyed by those attended, and I have already had cards, letters, and e-mails expressing appreciation.

As Finance Officer and Joint Organiser of the Weston super Mare Conservative Association I feel I must write and thank your staff for the most efficient and friendly manner in the unknown timing of this event. 

From the outset Carla, who I believe is the Reception Manager, handled all my requests for this event without hesitation and professionally.  At the lunch Emma, the Catering Manager, was outstanding in helping us to time the service of the meal with the arrival of the Minister.  With 105 guests the food was served at the same time and the various dietary requests met with no problems at all.

The Hotel was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We would return to this hotel without

I thought the service at the hotel was good and the third room we were given "The Princess Anne", was lovely and had a fab view of the sea and Pier. The breakfast and choice was really good! We enjoyed the entertainment on Friday night. All in all we had a relaxing time and would go there again - especially when the location is so good and parking is free. Posted February 1st  2013

Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. The room was immaculately clean and very luxurious, we also had a wonderful view of the pier and seafront, which looked stunning at night with the pier all lit up. We will definitely stay again, and would highly recommend it.

On behalf of myself and my bowls club can I say that after organising bowls tours for the last 9 years the stay at the Royal hotel was by far our best to date, and you can be sure I will recommend the Royal hotel to every bowls club we meet this season.
The service was excellent as was the food every day, your staff were always pleasant and very helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.  It was the most stress free tour I have organised and if you would consider us again we would love to return to the Royal Hotel in the near future.
