Conference Rooms at the Royal Hotel

Royal Hotel Weston: Les Routiers Conference Centre of the Year Award 2011

The Royal Hotel is very proud to be the recipient of this most prestigious award! Hotel General Manager and Director, Jonathan Cooke said “It is a testament of the owners Joan & Cyril Eggington who have invested lots of money and time to restoring the hotel back to its former glory”

Jonathan Cooke also commented “It is also a testament to the hard work of all the staff who have supported him in making this the premier hotel in Weston-super-Mare. Please watch this space, we have not finished yet”.

The hotel is able to offer a range of conference room facilities, from the Birnbeck Suite with a capacity to seat up to 200 delegates, to small fully equipped boardroom style meeting rooms with seating for just 6 delegates.

The Birnbeck Suite

This newly refurbished room is the hotels largest function room, shown in the  images above.  With its extensive bay windows overlooking Weston bay and our lawn, it offers natural light and boasts spectacular views.  It has the capacity to hold up to 200 delegates for your conference and catering requirements, subject to room set up.

The Knightstone Suite

Knightstone Suite a self contained conference or training room

This room is self contained with a private entrance within our courtyard.  The suite consists of two rooms.

The main room holds up to 20 delegates, subject to room layup, while the annexe is suited to the service of tea / coffee and buffet lunches.

Regent Rooms 1 & 2

Regent Rooms 1 & 2 are Edwardian style conference rooms.  These adjoining Luxurious Conference Rooms can hold Six Delegates (Boardroom Style) and can be booked separately or together, with one used as a satellite room.
