The following opportunity has arisen:
FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST / DUTY MANAGER
Working 5 days over 7 to include weekends and evenings
on a rota basis.
The Candidate must have at least 3 years experience working as a Hotel Receptionist or within a demanding hospitality environment.
The Candidate must be able to project a professional image to all customers, face to face and via the telephone. You must be computer literate, possess good numeracy skills and be multi-tasked in order to complete various administration and accounting daily tasks. Duties include: banking & balancing daily reports, checking in/out guests, managing the busy switchboard, dealing with various enquiries and bookings for all departments. Completing administration & various tasks requested by Management. It is highly important you are a team player, good time-keeper, honest, trustworthy and loyal.
